In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "koi800" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the online gaming platform operated at koi800.club and any associated sub-domains or mirror domains.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — any natural person who has completed the koi800 registration process and holds an active account.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable gaming account created by a Member upon completing the koi800 registration process.
• "Balance" — the total funds (real-money deposits and credited winnings, less withdrawals and losses) held in a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in IDR.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits or free-bet awards deposited into a Member's Account by koi800 pursuant to an active promotion. Bonus Funds are distinct from deposited real-money funds and are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the multiple by which Bonus Funds (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified per promotion) must be staked in qualifying games before any related winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and age verification process required by koi800 before processing any withdrawal or lifting account restrictions.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, and ancillary services made available to Members through the koi800 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), fish shooting, and live roulette.
• "Business Day" — any day other than Saturday, Sunday, and Indonesian national public holidays on which koi800's operations team is actively processing transactions (which, for avoidance of doubt, includes Idul Fitri and Lebaran given that koi800 operates 24/7).

To register and maintain an Account with koi800, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. koi800 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by local law, to the extent that you are legally barred from using such services.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of koi800 or its affiliated operating entities.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order you have previously requested through koi800 or any other operator's responsible gaming program.

Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals. To create a koi800 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including:

• Your full legal name (matching a valid government-issued identification document).
• Your date of birth.
• A valid, active email address that you own and control.
• A current Indonesian mobile phone number.
• A chosen username and a strong, unique password.

You warrant that all information submitted at registration — and any subsequent updates — is truthful and accurate. koi800 reserves the right to request documentary proof to verify any information at any time.

Each individual may hold only one Account. If koi800 discovers that you hold or have previously held multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all duplicate Accounts, confiscate any Bonus Funds held therein, and void any winnings generated through bonus play on those duplicate Accounts. Real-money deposits on duplicate Accounts will be returned to the depositing payment method after deduction of any bonus-derived winnings.

You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify koi800 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

koi800 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming best practices. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during the life of your Account.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

koi800 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of five minutes of confirmed receipt by koi800's payment systems. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section of your Member dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

• All funds deposited into a koi800 Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• koi800 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges — koi800 is not responsible for such fees.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., depositing an amount larger than intended) cannot automatically be reversed once the funds are credited. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• koi800 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit that triggers our fraud detection or anti-money-laundering systems.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your koi800 Member dashboard, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification (see Section 4).
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance (Bonus Funds that have not yet met their Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable).
• The withdrawal destination must be a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name, matching the name on your koi800 Account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Member dashboard.

koi800 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for verified members during normal operating conditions. In practice, the vast majority of withdrawal requests are fulfilled within this window. Processing times may be extended under the following circumstances:

• Your Account is undergoing an enhanced security review.
• Your KYC documents are pending review.
• Your withdrawal request falls outside normal operating parameters and has been flagged for manual review by our finance team.
• Your receiving bank or e-wallet is experiencing a system outage (in which case koi800 is not liable for the resultant delay).

koi800 does not charge withdrawal fees. Funds are transferred in IDR directly to your nominated bank account or e-wallet. Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement will not be approved for withdrawal.

koi800 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major sporting fixtures including BRI Liga 1 and the Champions League.

The following general terms apply to all koi800 bonuses unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
2. Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the individual offer. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
3. Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any winnings attributable to Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each individual offer.
4. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%; sports bets may have minimum odds requirements. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
5. koi800 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
6. Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, the use of multiple Accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface on the koi800 platform. In the event of a conflict between those specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or koi800's designated data feed provider. In the event of data feed errors, koi800 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Mix parlay (combination accumulator) bets are subject to the minimum odds requirements stated on the sportsbook interface.
• Live Casino: In the event of a technical disruption (network failure, disconnection, studio malfunction) during a live game round, koi800 will endeavour to settle the round using data from its studio provider. If settlement cannot be confirmed, the affected round's stakes will be returned to Members.
• Slots: All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• Togel: Togel draw results are taken from officially published pool results. Any draw cancellation by the issuing pool authority will result in the cancellation and full refund of affected togel tickets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the koi800 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a fictitious identity.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the koi800 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Members in any game or betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies that are clearly the result of technical error rather than intended platform behaviour (commonly referred to as "sharbing" in betting contexts). Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the koi800 platform or its underlying systems.
• Providing false information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Allowing a third party to use your Account or using a third party's Account.

koi800 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate upon detecting prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances (excluding verified real-money deposits not derived from prohibited activity), and referral to relevant authorities.

koi800 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• koi800 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Member has requested self-exclusion under koi800's Responsible Gaming program (see Section 13).
• koi800 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Members may also request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting koi800 support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Member's last-used verified payment method within five Business Days, subject to KYC completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koi800 and its operators, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the koi800 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, including downtime caused by server maintenance, DDoS attacks, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or e-wallet networks.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on game odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform that contain errors resulting from data provider feeds.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits koi800's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

koi800's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

koi800 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to koi800 processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of relevant promotional communications (which you may opt out of at any time).

koi800 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmitted between your browser and our servers, bcrypt hashing for stored passwords, and continuous automated security monitoring. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

koi800 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account dashboard.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. koi800 recommends checking this page each time you log in if you are concerned about changes.

koi800 operates offshore under international licensing. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the koi800 operating entity is registered (details available upon written request to [email protected]).

In the event of any dispute arising between you and koi800 in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via koi800's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body designated by koi800's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents koi800 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.
